Devin Miles places this iconic figure within a setting of speed, border crossings, and alpine scenery – elements that formed an integral part of the Bond films of that era.

Devin Miles (*1961, Duisburg) draws inspiration from the visual language of European and American cinema of the 1950s and 1960s. Screen legends meet symbols of popular culture and everyday aesthetics in his distinctive mixed-media technique, combining screen printing, painting, and digital image processing in compositions that often consist of up to twenty layers.
His works are represented in more than 80 galleries across Europe and form part of significant private collections, including the renowned Reinhold Würth Collection.
