Devin Miles – Contemporary Pop Art with a Distinctive Visual Language
Devin Miles (*1981, Duisburg) is regarded as one of Germany’s leading contemporary Pop Art artists. His works are created in up to twenty layers, combining screen printing, painting, and digital techniques on premium surfaces such as aluminum, acrylic glass, and specially refined materials enhanced with gold and silver leaf.
His subjects draw on icons of film and popular culture, including Marilyn Monroe, Steve McQueen, and James Bond. Since 2015, he has combined classic storytelling with a distinctive contemporary aesthetic.
Devin Miles lives and works in Hamburg with his family. His artworks are part of renowned private and institutional collections, including that of entrepreneur Reinhold Würth, and have been exhibited in more than 80 galleries across Europe and beyond, including Zurich, Tel Aviv, Munich, and New York.
